Shipping can take up to 2 weeks depending on how busy I am making you new hat. 

Please keep in mind that my hats are handmade and are not mass produced.

In the event an item has sold out and not available and you have purchased a sold out item, a substitute will be sent out to complete your order.

Returns must be made within 2 weeks of purchase and cannot be worn, washed or damaged.

If you ordered the wrong style of hat and need to exchange for another style additional shipping charges will apply.

Special Orders are non refundable.
